I was absolutely amazed by the exceptional service I received from the staff at Premier Inn Newcastle Airport. When I found myself stranded in heavy snow after flying in from Australia, they went above and beyond to help me. Despite being fully booked, they took the time to find alternative accommodation in the area for me and even assisted me in dragging my heavy bag through the snow to the nearby Metro Station. The room I stayed in was warm and the bed was super-comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep. I also couldn't get enough of the delicious breakfast that was served. I truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay overnight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ideal for exploring the shops of Kingston Park. the free parking was very useful. the room was comfortable and clean with a decent price. the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was really nice to stay somewhere that didn't charge extra for parking.

The noise from the nearby airport was quite loud, but it wasn't too much of an issue for us. the nearby dining options were limited, but the food was decent.
